Local Development Plan

The Local Development Plan, which sets out proposals for the development and use of land in the borough up until 2021 is now available for public consultation. It will guide development for housing, employment retail and other uses. The closing date for the consultation is July 16th 2010.

One of several drop in sessions organised by the Council for public participation in the plan is to be held in St Margaret's Hall Chester Rd Wrexham LL11 2SH from 2.00-8.00 p.m. on Tuesday 13th July 2010
