Anti social behaviour has returned to the Sunken Gardens [also known as the White Square] - the park on Park Avenue, and the corners of Aston Grove and Plas Gwyn. Although cutting back the laurel bushes has deterred drug use and other anti-social behaviour it has not stopped it.
What to do next? Some possible solutions include removing the laurel bushes completely, replacing them with trees or shrubs, grassing the whole area, extending the paved area.
